LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MINISTRY exists to develop and implement strategic plans for:

Discovering the needs of the local church in the areas of evangelism, education, missions and leadership development
Provides coordination of communications and activities among the ministries relating to education and training
Customizing training for the needs of the local church
Work with local churches to plan and develop comprehensive church growth strategies
Coordinate consultations for congregations
