These sessions have been designed with many different ministries and issues in mind. All sessions will be 90 minutes long in order to give some extra time for dialogue and application. PLEASE NOTE: Sessions may be subject to change
MULTIPLE CHOICE SESSION #1 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Building a Children’s Ministry Team
Principles needed to begin and/or strengthen the ministry that you have to reach out to children and their families. (Conference Leader: Janiss Fowler, Wallingford, CT)
Engaging the Church for Muslim Evangelism
Join us as we encourage our churches to engage the Muslim community. Topics covered include: Why witness to Muslims? What are the world views of Muslims? What are some practical approaches to Muslims? (Conference Leader: Paul Biswas, Boston Bangla Church)
The Gospel Project
The Gospel Project is a new Christ-centered Bible study resource for kids, students and adults that deeply examines the grand narrative of Scripture and how it transforms the lives of those it touches. Each session immerses participants in the gospel through every story, theological concept, and missional charge from Genesis to Revelation. Come and get some hands on information about this exciting new resource.

Deacon Family Ministry (part one of two)
Part one focuses on the personal spiritual life of a deacon and how that impacts the role of a deacon. Come and be challenged and educated in understanding the spiritual aspects of this very crucial ministry in the church. (Conference Leader: Gary Rowe, Salem, NH)
Developing Effective Communication Skills
Whether you are a new or veteran teacher/presenter, you’ve probably begun to develop some systems, processes for how you prepare for interactions so that you can present yourself and your ideas effectively. You may also have realized that you need to focus on some basic delivery techniques when speaking in order to connect well with your audiences, like maybe good eye contact or a steady pace. The goal for this presentation is to formalize or articulate what some of these good habits are, so that whenever you speak to someone in or outside your classroom, you can feel confident that you’re being as engaging, as clear, as compelling as you choose to be.
